1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: Name, email address, contact details, profile picture, location data (State, City), and password/auth keys when you register on ViralF.
• Campaign Details: Niche/Category preferences, minimum follower numbers, and financial details for processing brand payouts.

B. Data Collected via Google OAuth & YouTube API Services

To provide core marketplace analytics (such as verifying influencer reach and channel segments), our Platform requests access to your Google account via OAuth 2.0. By doing so, we collect data via YouTube API Services:

• Profile Information: Google account email, authenticated name, and profile picture URL.
• YouTube Channel Analytics: Read-only data including Channel Name, subscriber count, video counts, public view metrics, and public performance data (youtube.readonly).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following legitimate business pipelines:

• To create and maintain your active Influencer/Brand profile ledger on our dashboard.
• To verify your social media metrics (such as subscriber/follower count) dynamically to ensure you meet a campaign’s minimum criteria.
• To match creators with local campaigns based on geographic parameters (State, City) and content category.
• To protect our core structure against multi-account spam, race conditions, or fraudulent engagement manipulation.

3. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

• Security Measures: We implement industry-standard technical security protocols (including SSL encryption and strict session token serialization) to secure your data against unauthorized access.
• Google User Data Protection: Your Google OAuth access tokens are encrypted and stored safely. We do not expose raw API stream tokens to unauthorized third parties.
• Data Retention: We retain your data only as long as your account remains active or as needed to fulfill campaign-related financial records.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

• With Brands: If you apply for a campaign, the brand hosting that campaign can see your public platform metrics (Name, Category, Subscriber counts, City) to approve or deny your application.
• No Selling of Data: ViralF does NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google/YouTube user data to third-party data brokers.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

ViralF’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. User Rights, Data Deletion & Revocation

You have complete control over your data. If you wish to disconnect your Google account or delete your ViralF profile, you can do so through:

• In-App Disconnect: Navigate to your Profile Settings on the ViralF Dashboard and click "Disconnect Google Account".
• Google Security Settings: You can completely revoke ViralF's access via the Google Security Permissions page.
• Data Deletion Request: Email us at support@viralf.com to permanently purge your data within 48-72 hours.
